This was my first time working with Caesars, and it was a great experience overall. We had quite a few changes the last few weeks prior to the event; and it was always easy to get them on a quick call to run through details, or receive a prompt email with a revised invoice - reflecting changes. The day of the wedding ran really smooth, their team arrived early and were super helpful throughout the setup. They were super patient and accommodating as I requested a ton of small adjustments with the chair placements and the height of the hanging installations we had. It all turned out great! Their attention to detail was great, and the rentals were all very good quality! I’d happily work with them again.
